Mila Font has a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Valencia.and also has additional training in gender, human rights, domestic violence, Islamic culture and civilization and corporate social responsibility. She has worked since 1994 in various African countries, particularly in conflict and post-conflict situations for the nongovernmental organization MSF and the European Commission in the areas of governance, human rights, gender and the private sector.

She has also worked with the NGO Atelier and the Association of European Parliamentarians for Africa AWEPA. Mila currently resides in Valencia and is the delegate for Valencia, Murcia and the Canary Islands for MSF.
