Discount for unemployed people from Castellón: on Monday, August 22, from 4 pm to midnight, unemployed people from the province of Castellón will be able to access the venue and enjoy the concerts and activities of the festival for only 10€. To benefit from this discount will have to present at the box office the ID card and the updated certificate of the Servef as a job seeker (not the Darde).

  • The ticket purchased during the pre-sale will be sent to you by e-mail and you will have to show it at the festival entrance ticket office (printed or on a mobile device), together with a valid identity document (ID card, passport…).
  • The ticket is nominal: To purchase the ticket you will need your personal data.
  • The festival TICKET OFFICE will open on August 15 at 12:00 noon. On the 15th and 16th, it will be open from 12:00 PM to 3:00 AM. From August 17 to 23, the ticket office will be open from 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
  • Tickets for the festival and the campsite can also be purchased at the ticket office.

Ticket refund:

  • The cancellation of just one event will not give the right to a ticket refund. The refund for the daily ticket (no 7 day passes or mini-passes) is allowed only if all the shows of the day are cancelled.
  • Early bird tickets are not refundable, and are transferable only by exchanging the name.The ticket is transferable to third parties only by changing the name through our on-line name change service*.

Procedure to change the name:

  1. Click on this link to change the name on your ticket.
  2. Access with the locator of your ticket and the email of the festivalgoer.
  3. Select the option “Name change”.
  4. Select the first and last name of the new festivalgoer.
  5. Insert your card details and finalize the payment*.

* To avoid the resale of tickets the cost of this change is 10€, in case your ticket still has the same price as when it was originally purchased. If the ticket price has increased, you will have to pay the difference with the current price.

Add complements

Confiscation of the ticket and festival expulsion:

The organization reserves a right to confiscate the ticket (no refund) and to expel from the festival, any person responsible for unsuited acts according to a respect based logic (robbery in the tents, damage to property, drug dealing, violence, etc..).

  • Free admission for minors under 13 years of age on the day the festival begins. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or have a written permission signed by their parents or guardians.
  • Free admission for pensioners: adults who have reached the age of 65 on the day the festival begins.
  • Free admission for people with more than 65% disability: people affected by severe motor deficits, people affected by blindness and/or deafness and for people with severe mental handicaps. The degree of disability must be proven with a certificate. If the person affected by a disability greater than 65% requires, due to the degree of their disability, the assistance of a companion, said companion may access the Festival with a 50% discount on the public sale price.
  • 50% discount for children between 13 and 17 years old. Minors between 13 and 17 years of age (at least on the day the Festival begins) at the time of ticket purchase will be entitled to a 50% discount on the retail price, the application of which will be conditional upon proof of age.
  • Bono Cultural Joven: If you are a beneficiary you can buy your ticket with your Bono Cultural Joven card.
  • 50% discount for people registered in Benicàssim: We put on sale tickets at a special price only for people registered in Benicàssim. Each applicant must provide their ID and the certificate of registration in the municipal register (or registration certificate) at the Festival Ticket Office. They must have been registered for at least one year – since August 2025 – and the document must be less than one year old, meaning documents issued before August 2024 will not be accepted. It is mandatory to show both documents to obtain the access wristband for the concert venue. You can buy your ticket in advance here.

Conditions to enjoy exemptions and discounts:

  • To benefit from free access to the festival it is necessary to make a donation of €10 to one or more of the non-profit organizations listed on the Festival’s website. Otherwise, these persons must pay the retail price of the ticket. The donation will be managed by the organizer, acting as an intermediary, but the donor in any case will be the buyer who makes the donation, who may request the corresponding non-profit entity for its donation certificate.
  • In order for the application of the aforementioned discounts to be effective, the interested party must prove his/her age, degree of disability or census registration by showing a copy of his/her valid identity document (DNI, NIE, Passport…) and, if applicable, a copy of his/her census registration certificate (or flyer), at the time of redeeming the wristband at the entrance of the Festival.
  • To enjoy the discount for registered residents, one must have been registered for at least one year on the day the festival begins, and the document proving it must be less than one year old, meaning documents issued before August 2024 will not be accepted. The delivery of both documents is mandatory to obtain the wristband for access to the concert venue.
  • Discounts are not cumulative and do not apply to camping services.
If you are a beneficiary you can buy your ticket with your Bono Cultural Joven card.
  • All children under 16 must always be accompanied by their parents or legal guardians.
  • Minors between 16 and 18 years old who want access to the festival alone must have a permission slip signed by their parents or legal guardians.

Download the corresponding authorization form and hand it in at the festival box office upon arrival.

  • The campsite is reserved exclusively for festival visitors: it is mandatory to have a festival ticket to be able to purchase a campsite ticket.
  • The tickt for the Camping allows to get to the “Campsite Area” and to use all the services (toilets, showers, etc..).
  • Festents offers you the possibility of having your tent set up and waiting for you on your arrival, you can consult prices and make reservations via their website.
  • The Entrance Ticket to the festival and the Camping area will also be available at the Festival Ticket Office.
  • Within the Camping area there is a Glamping area, whose services are provided by the company Festents.
  • Access to the Glamping area is reserved exclusively for Festival attendees. Therefore, and in order to facilitate the provision of the service provided by the company Festents, access to the Glamping area can be purchased directly from the Festival website, and for this it is necessary to have the Festival ticket with Camping access.
  • The service of the Glamping area is offered and provided by the company Festents and not by the organizer, therefore, the organizer is not responsible for the service provided by the company and any claim related to the service provided should be addressed to it.

Access to the Festival site with food and drink is governed by the following provisions:

  • As a general rule, no food or drink may be brought onto the Festival grounds, with the following exceptions.
  • WATER is allowed on the Festival grounds as long as, for the safety of the attendees, it is not contained in a blunt or dangerous container.
  • The entry of food is permitted in the case of infant food, food intolerances, allergies or other illnesses, which must be accredited by means of the corresponding medical certificate or similar document, which must be shown at the Festival entrance.
  • Access is permitted with a snack in hand, if it is intended for immediate consumption.
  • Access with alcoholic beverages or bags full of food is especially prohibited, in order to ensure food safety and prohibit the consumption of alcoholic beverages by minors.
  • Leave your dog at home. We advise that you do NOT bring your dog to Sunsplash as access to both the festival area and all the town’s beaches is not allowed. The only ones who can access the site will be small dogs (up to 8kg in weight).
  • We also do not allow the entry of breeds considered to be dangerous, such as: Akita, Rottweiler, Pit Bull, Doberman, Napolitan Mastiff, Japanese Tosa, Dogo Argentino, French Mastiff, Bullmastiff, Staffordshire, Canarian Molloser and Fila Brasileiro.

Assistance dogs:

Assistance dogs Dogs trained to assist people with disabilities related to sight, hearing or reduced mobility are permitted entry to the festival. Also allowed to enter are dogs trained to assist people with different pathologies such as diabetes, breathing problems, autism, etc. Those people who wish to enter the festival with a dog of this kind must present the animal’s relevant documentation that certifies their training, as well as the need for its presence.

  • The CAMPING will open its doors on August 15 at 1:00 PM and will close on August 24 at 3:00 PM.
  • The TICKET OFFICE of the festival will open on August 15 at 12:00 PM. On the 15th and 16th, it will be open from 12:00 PM to 3:00 AM. From August 17 to 23, the ticket office will be open from 4:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
  • The SHOW AREA will be open on August 16, 17, and 23 from 5:00 PM to 6:00 AM and on the other days (18, 19, 20, 21, 22) from 5:00 PM to 5:00 AM.
