People with disabilities
People with a disability of more than 65%, duly accredited by means of the corresponding certificate of disability, will be able to access the Festival free of charge*. If the person affected by a disability of more than 65% requires, due to the degree of his/her disability, the care of an accompanying person, this person will also be able to access the Festival free of charge*.
* Free access to the Festival area (not including free access to the Camping area, its services or the rest of its complements, which, in each case, must be purchased and paid for separately) by donating the amount of €10 to some of the non-profit organizations listed on the Festival website.
The donation will be managed by the organizer, as an intermediary, but the donor in any case will be the buyer, who may request the corresponding donation certificate from the non-profit entity.
In order to prove their age or degree of disability, at the time of redeeming the wristband at the entrance of the Festival, the interested party must show a valid identity document (ID card, NIE, Passport…) and a certificate of disability.
If you already have your ticket you can access the Buyer’s Portal with your email and locator and add at any time the complements you need (Camping, Glamping, Parcels, Cashless,…). It is also the place to make a name change or check your entry information.
