1. Things you should know
- Rototom Sunsplash has adopted the Cashless bracelet to pay for everything at the festival.
- On your arrival you can exchange your ticket for your Cashless bracelet.
- Treat your Cashless bracelet with care – it’s like your wallet and Rototom Sunsplash does not accept responsibility for it.
- You can use your Cashless wristband throughout the festival.
- Exceptionally, it will be possible to use cash at the Open-Air Market stands that do not accept any other means of payment.
2. Top-up your bracelet
Online:
- Charge your wristband during the pre-sale and you will get an extra 5% if the recharge is over 100€ (the extra balance is non-refundable).
- You can top up your wristband during the ticket purchase process or, at any other time, by accessing the Buyer’s Portal.
At the Festival:
- Max top-up €500.
- You can top-up your bracelet as often as you like in any Cashless point.
3. Pay with your bracelet in the festival
- You can pay with your Cashless wristband throughout the festival.
- Exceptionally, it will be possible to pay in cash at those stands that do not accept other means of payment.
4. Get a refund for all the money you haven't used
- Once the festival is over, you will be able to request your refund of the remaining credit online, which will be credited to your account.
- You must keep your bracelet to make your online refund request.
- The period established to request a refund is between August 26 and September 15, 2024. This refund will be made by bank transfer at the end of the application period, so it may take a few days to receive it.
- Free return (no handling fee).
Important
Reimbursement requests will not be processed or received once the deadline established in the previous point has expired.

5. Remember that...
- You can check your balance at Cashless points and at any point of sale.
- You must keep your bracelet to make your online refund request.
- The use of your bracelet is personal and non-transferable. Rototom Sunsplash reserves the right not to accept cut, torn or visibly manipulated wristbands.
Any complaint or claim related to the Cashless bracelet must be notified immediately at the Cashless point that you will find in the Bob Marley Square of the festival or through http://rototom.easygoband.com

How can I top-up my bracelet?
You will be able to recharge your wristband at any authorized cashless point,
What happens if I run out of credit?
Don’t worry, you can top up as often as you want in any top-up point quickly easily and securely.
How can see my balance?
You can check your balance whenever you want at any point of sale (bar, restaurante, market, merchandising …). Simply tell the operator that you want to know your balance, bring your wristband to the RFID reader and you will immediately know your balance, or in the ATMs enabled throughout the venue.
Where are the top-up points?
In the campsite: you will have 2 cashless top-up points. In the venue: you will have 3 top-up points distributed around the venue (you can check the map to find out where they are)
Is cashless secure?
Yes the RFID bracelet is encrypted to ensure that it is impossible to copy or rob the money and information therein.
What happens with the credit that I have left over on the bracelet?
Don’t worry, you will be able to get your money back once the event is over on our website.

Can I share my RFID bracelet?
No, each bracelet is for one client. Bracelets that have been visibly manipulated, cut or similar will no be accepted for payment.
Can I buy things for my friends with my RFID bracelet?
Of course you can, you can top up your bracelet and buy as much and as often as you want.
What benefits come with the RFID?
The cashless system will save you time, since queues are reduced at points of sale, on the other hand, you can forget about having to get your wallet out every time and losing it, since you can pay with a simple movement, just pass the bracelet in front of the reader RFID. Another new feature is that you will find the ATMs to top-up your bracelet, so that transactions will be faster.
If the bracelet breaks can I get my money?
You will have to got to a Cashless customer assistance point with the broken bracelet and we give you a new one. We can only keep your balance if the bracelet has its chip.
Can the bracelet get wet?
Yes, you shower or bath at the beach without problems
