24h medical assistance

Ambulances and specialized health care available 24 hours a day, both in the show area and in the campsite.

Airport transfer

Mediterráneo Holidays transfers you from the airport to the festival. See the "How to get there" section for routes and schedules.

Bicycle rental

Renting a bicycle is one of the best ways to get around the venue (daytime only) and its surroundings.

Box Office Fast Lane

The festival has an accreditation window designated especially for serving people with disabilities and or reduced mobility.

Camper Area

Specific area of the festival campsite with electricity (optional) for motorhomes and vehicles adapted for sleeping.

Camping hardware

Sale of tools and camping equipment.

Drinking water

You will find free drinking water fountains both in the campsite and in the event area. Micro-fitted cold water is also available at the campsite, as well as in all the bars and restaurants in the Event Zone.

Family Area

A shaded and quiet space in the festival campsite, especially designed for families who come with children to Rototom Sunsplash.

Festival Bus

Festival-Benicàssim-Beach: from 10h to 22h and from 02h to 07h. From the train station when the main trains arrive.

Glamping Area

Festents.com offers a tent rental service at the festival campsite with different sizes and equipment levels. More info

Gluten-Free foods

Gluten intolerant and allergic people will find what to eat at the festival ;-)

Rest area in the heart of the festival.

Information about the festival and its surroundings 24 hours a day at the box office, venue and campsite.

Kitchens

In the camping there are 2 zones prepared for cooking, equipped with electric cookers, sinks for washing up, tables and chairs so that the “inhabitants” can cook their own food, because It is NOT allowed to use any type of utensil that makes flame in the campsite.

Lockers

We have a locker rental service for you to store your valuables. Different sizes available. More info

Lost property

The security point next to the entrance is in charge of safekeeping all lost and found objects at the festival.

Mobile device recharge

If you have reserved a locker you will be able to recharge your mobile devices there. A portable battery rental and sale service is also available at the festival campsite.

Organic foods

You will find organic products in the campsite market and in the menu of different bars and restaurants.

Parking

Free parking near the festival. Parking area for people with reduced mobility next to the festival entrance.

Punto Violeta

Punto Violeta is an instrument promoted by the Ministry of Equality to involve society as a whole in the fight against gender violence and to spread, on a massive scale, the information necessary to know how to act in the event of violence against women.

The Violet Points installed will be two: one in the camping area, which will serve from 6.00 am to 2.00 pm, and another within the enclosure itself, with a schedule from 2.00 pm to 6.00 am. In this way, Rototom will have 24-hour service at the Violet Points.

Reduced Mobility Camping Area

Specific area, adapted for people with reduced mobility, located next to the entrance of the festival campsite.

Respect Point

An information point to prevent and intervene in cases where someone suffers abuse of any kind during the festival

Reusable glasses

We use reusable cups throughout the Festival. You will have to pay a deposit that you will be able to recover through the cashless system once you have returned the glass.

Showers and bathrooms

In the camping area there are 220 open showers, 40 private showers, 155 toilets and 100 sinks. There are also facilities adapted for people with reduced mobility.
