In the festival campsite there is a specific area for people with disabilities, close to the festival area and with adapted services. Access to this area is paid and is not included in the free admission* for the disabled.
*People with a disability over 65% who voluntarily decide to donate the amount of €10 to some of the non-profit organizations listed on the Festival website, may benefit from free access to the Festival area (not including free access to the Camping area, its services or the rest of its complements, which, in each case, must be purchased and paid for separately). Otherwise, such persons will have to pay the retail price of the ticket. Children between 13 and 17 years old: 50% discount on the festival ticket price.

The festival has an accreditation window designated especially for serving people with disabilities and or reduced mobility. Admission is free* for disabled people with severe motor deficits (over 65% disability, accredited with a certificate), for all blind people, for the deaf and for people with severe mental handicaps. Free entry is also provided for one helper, if needed. The Festival Ticket Office opens at 13:00. The venue opens each day at 14.00 and closes at 06.00 the following day. The campsite is open 24 hours a day. To access the campsite it is necessary to have the Festival+Camping bracelet.
At the entrance of the festival and also in the camping area there is a locker service where you can store your valuable objects and quietly enjoy the festival.
No, the reservation of a pitch at the campsite is optional; it is a possibility that we offer you so that, if you wish, you can secure a free space at the campsite where you can place your tent upon your arrival. This service is only available for people with a 2 to 6 day pass.
The InfoPoint at the ticket office will be open from 10.00 to 02.00, the InfoPoint in the venue stays open from 14.00 to 04.00, and the InfoPoint in the campsite is open 24 hours a day.
