The gastronomic offer of the Rototom Sunsplash is one of the great attractions of the international reggae event.
The outdoor restaurant that every summer is installed in the concert venue, and that is a meeting point for the public between concerts, is strengthened with new proposals that travel the flavors and culinary culture of the world.
Up to 30 different ones come together in the edition ‘The Power of Utopia’.

Among them, seven novelties, such as African Choice, which will bring the culinary richness of Africa with touches of fusion.
Also arriving are Armenian artisan kebabs and charcoal-grilled sawarma from Lebanon from La Carroza Mágica, or crepes melted in cheeses and with 100% Italian sausages and a secret dough from Crepería Omait, as well as wraps and burritos from Wroks.

In addition, a wine cellar with traditional ham and cheese tapas will be inaugurated.

The Rototom’s open-air macro-restaurant once again empowers African gastronomic culture with Abarka, and Asian gastronomy with Flying Shiitake Ninja, with its chicken and mushroom yakisoba, its grilled teriyaki chicken or its tasty gyozas.

Not to be missed at the event will be the ‘must-try’ vegetarian pizzas of the wood-fired Elfos; the delicious corn-based varieties of El Rincón del Maíz; the gourmet burgers of Indo-Asian essence of Q Street Food; or the Caribbean chicken stews and fish dishes of Jamaican Food and the tastings of Wayne’s Street One Cooking Authentic, also dedicated to Jamaican cuisine.

Desserts will be provided by Mamma Luisa‘s artisan ice creams; horchatas and slushies from La Golosa and Arabic pastries and teas from Pause Nomade.
And all this without forgetting the refreshing craft beers from Castelló Beer Factory-Lupulove and Canna Beer.

Within the gastronomic offer, there are different vegetarian and vegan proposals, such as Wok & Roll Thai Food or Veggie Pita Point, and also gluten-free for people with celiac disease.

Signature products, minute-camera portraits and a tattoo studio on wheels

After regaining strength between concerts, another common place of passage within the festival is its colorful flea market, full of signature products around the Bob Marley square.

Here the public can find garments of all styles and for any age, with brands of own production and manufacture in Spain; crafts from around the world: from handmade jewelry to author jewelry, illustrations, organic cosmetics, natural incense and leather goods.
There is also a tattoo studio located in a bus or an African tailor’s shop where you can have a tailor-made suit made, as well as the emblematic record fair, among many other options.

Among the novelties, La Platera’s minute photography project aims to recover the pause of the analog portrait and the materiality of the photographic object in a world where almost everything is fast and virtual.
The public will be able to take their portrait almost instantly at the concert venue itself.
