From Rototom Sunsplash we reinforce the social commitment in the management of inclusive season tickets, which once again give free access to the festival to children under 13 years old, people over 65 and people with disabilities (65%, accredited). All these groups will be able to enjoy six days of concerts, culture and international cuisine by making a one-time social contribution of 10 euros. A one off fee per person for the whole edition that will go entirely to support the work of different organizations of the third sector.
So, if you belong to any of these groups, at the time of managing your free pass you can choose which of the four NGOs with which Rototom Sunsplash has signed a collaboration agreement you want to allocate your contribution of 10 euros. You can consult the list of organizations and projects on the festival website.
They are COCEMFE Castelló, with 35 years of experience providing professional and personalized attention to people with physical and organic disabilities and their family network in the province and pioneer in adapted transport. The collaboration of the public of the festival will help finance the purchase of an adapted van. The same solidarity project that brings AFA Castelló, specializing in the care of people affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias throughout the province, which will thus facilitate, with this transport service, the displacement of the users of the day center La Pineda.
For its part, the festival’s links with l’Aurora Support Group will support the humanitarian rescue fleet and will contribute to materialize the main project of the NGO for this 2024: to replicate its action of support to the humanitarian civilian rescue fleet of the port of Burriana in Italian ports, specifically on the island of Sicily. The fourth organization that joins this line of cooperation with Rototom Sunsplash is the ANAR Foundation, dedicated to the promotion and defense of the rights of children and adolescents in situations of risk and neglect. The funds obtained through the collaboration of Rototom Sunsplash and the Valencian delegation of ANAR will go to the program ‘Teléfono/Chat ANAR de ayuda a niños, niñas y adolescentes en riesgo en la Comunidad Valenciana’ (ANAR Telephone/Chat to help children and adolescents at risk in the Valencian Community).
This total fee of 10 euros for social projects will be applied to attendees -within the aforementioned groups- who wish to visit the site on an individual basis. These discounts are not cumulative and do not apply to camping services.

On the other hand, true to our plastic free seal, this year we maintain our system of reusable cups to reduce the environmental impact. A system that also incorporates new features: the full refund, for those who wish, of the deposit made for each cup. However, the solidarity campaign will continue to be active among those who want to allocate -without recovering- the 2 euros for the deposit of each cup to a social organization, depositing their cups in the totems set up at different points of the venue. Last year, the system of solidarity cups managed to collect 18,900 euros to finance two projects of the humanitarian civilian rescue NGO in the Mediterranean, l’Aurora Grup de Suport.
We also remind you that the cashless system of the festival guarantees the total refund of the amount remaining on the top up bracelets at the end of the event, regardless of the amount.
