with Bunny "Striker" Lee and Striker Jr + Ian Lewis,
Roger Lewis, Bernard "Touter" Harvey and Lancelot Hall
from Inner Circle
If you love the historical tradition of reggae you cannot miss the closing session of the Reggae University 2014. Bunny Lee is one of the most remarkable producers in the history of reggae music. His first recordings date back to 1967 and his first successes stimulated the transition between rocksteady and reggae. Working with a large number of artists, including Bob Marley and Lee Perry, Bunny literally dominated the roots reggae era of the mid-seventies, with continued successes in the digital dancehall era.
Inner Circle formed in 1968 and during their great adventure we have seen the band e an irresistible mix of reggae and soul, the unique time with Jacob Miller on vocals, the "crossover" albums "Everything is Great "and" New Age Music ", released by Island, and the great success of the singles" Bad Boys "and" Sweat "in 1992 and 1987.
Bunny Lee and Ian and Roger Lewis, Bernard Touter Harvey and Lancelot Hall from Inner Circle will bring us important stories from the history of Jamaican music.
