The seed grows and female reggae expands. In our third session of Women do Reggae, we are pleased to welcome Inés Pardo Rivas to this project born to give voice to international women’s reggae and to create synergies among the women who promote it. A new proposal of a project full of charisma, quality and attitude.
Inés Pardo is currently giving the final touches to her first solo album, entirely written and produced together with Roberto Sánchez in the A-Lone Ark Muzik Studio. Inés Pardo is part of the Green Rockers collective alongside Roberto Sánchez, Nino & Balihas of La Concha Reggae, Asimov, Brown, Pappa Cruz, Pilatti Selectah and Marta. She will be here for the first time to add and contribute with her art in the Women do Reggae project, where she will perform on Friday from 21.00 hours at Solé Rototom Beach.
In this third session, we will be amazed by voices such as the one of the new members of the Rototom Sunsplash team. Charlotte will be playing acoustic, representing women in a night of reggae, celebration and good vibrations.
Marta, aka ‘Marpatus’, joins with a selection of a set of female voices, where she will bring hits, classics and rarities of the voices of international female reggae.
Gina, our resident partner in Women do Reggae, will warm the dance floor with the style, quality and strength of Jamaican music. More fire!
And, as in every edition, we will be also accompanied by MC Sista Kappa, in the presentation of a night and a project that grows with the strength and love of women in reggae music.
We look forward to seeing you all @ Womendoreggae.
