It is true that it feels like letting yourself go in the Market of the Rototom Sunplash. Sheltered by the African Village, the Dancehall stage and the clubs, there is this labyrinth of stands where you can find everything you look for and even that thing you were not expecting to find.
Records for collectors, portraits of the greatest figures in the history of reggae printed into wood, all kinds of clothing for both men and women and even kids, some of the best known brands and other less famous that are surprising the festivalgoers. Also accessories such as sunglasses, hats or belt pouches (made of cloth and leather). Even a stand in which to fix your dreadlocks or cornrow plaits.
It seems incredible to get lost in this particular reggae souk withing a music festival. More than fifty stands in which immersing yourself, getting to know other trends and even finding hard to find products. In addition, most stands are open throughout the day, so it seems like the perfect plan between shows or if you are looking for a place to relax and walk around the market.
Do you need some advice on where to go? Just let yourself get lost, because you will find yourself at the Rototom.
