From June 1 we at Solé Rototom Beach welcome in the summer with a programme by land, sea and air, which promises lots of music, culture, family activities, sports, environmental activities, parties and many surprises. Among this year’s new features are two projects that will begin their long journey in this summer getaway. On the one hand there is Women do Reggae that is born out of the synergy between women in the reggae world and its different variants that for its first session, on Saturday 3 June, will bring together Jamaican Girl Duo, Purple Rockets and DJ Gina. On the other hand, Afroreggae Full Moon, a meeting of cultural figures, musicians and DJs that promote African culture, in line with the Rototom Sunsplash Celebrating Africa edition and that will begin on June 9 with the Senegalese group Luna de África and Radio Babylonia Ibiza.
Gastronomically, Solé also surprises with new varied range of crepes; full of new flavours for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, as well as Basque pintxo style appetisers.
The first event of the season, on 1 June, will include the presentation of all the sports teams and clubs that will participate this season at Solé. Furthermore, the drums of Borumbaia will welcome in the summer mixing with the reggae, ska and world music rhythms with which we will welcome Lord Visnú, Bonifax, and Lavadora Sound System.
