Rototom
Rototom 2026, the place to be, and experience it all this summer
We activate our 31st edition with a motto that says it all: 'The Place to Be' will guide this new global gathering where music is just the beginning of something bigger, and which we will premiere with an innovative and special Welcome Party on August 16

The Place to Be. A motto that says it all, and with which we kick off the journey towards our 31st edition. Because one thing is clear: from August 17 to 22, 2026, Benicàssim will once again be that real, global meeting point where music is just the beginning of something much bigger. A destination of emotional, cultural, and vital significance. A space where living together, sharing, and expressing oneself truly makes sense.

This year, we also want to elevate the Rototom experience, and on August 16, we will kick things off with an innovative and special Welcome Party, featuring eight hours of music to get your heart beating from the very first minute. It will be free for those with a season pass or any type of festival ticket, and also accessible – for 15 euros – for anyone who wants to join this welcome and experience the atmosphere from day zero.

Thus, for six days – plus that extra night to start together – we will once again vibrate with the fusion format of concerts, talks, cinema, art, wellness, gastronomy, social awareness, and unlimited fun for all ages.

We remind you that the daily schedule of Rototom Sunsplash will extend for 12 uninterrupted hours. Activities will start at five in the afternoon to avoid the hottest hours and will continue until five in the morning, in a format aligned with the schedule planned for summer events in the town of Benicàssim to harmonize cultural activity at the concert venue with the rest of the surrounding area.

Now, with this motto already beating as Rototom 2026’s first pulse, we invite you to relive it or discover it. Because it’s more than a festival. It’s the place to return to. Or the place to arrive at for the first time.

The Place to Be. See you here. From August 16 to 22.

The event, entitled “Our Palestinian doctors: conscience and dignity”, is part of the ‘Dialogues without borders’ cycle and will take place on Thursday, November 6 in Castellón
The solidarity initiative materialized thanks to the contributions of the festival's public will contribute to financing scientific research lines, health care projects for Palestinian refugees, and support for migrant women, along with inclusion programs for people with disabilities.
The “Celebrating Life” edition seals an anniversary of unity, commitment, and solidarity that has brought more than 200 shows and DJ sets to the festival's seven stages and multiple cultural activities in its ten extra-musical spaces during its eight days. Next year we will celebrate our 31st edition from August 16 to 22, 2026 in Benicàssim
