Natural therapies, yoga and mindfulness, dance, talks, agro-ecology, permaculture, conscious eating, super foods, health, medicinal plants, the value of seeds, and now also gastronomy and live cooking sessions.
Pachamama consolidates itself as a part of the our cultural agenda and grows to include new features such as a selection of vegan and vegetarian restaurants, and multiple workshops, cooking demos and talks related to this new project.
Forming a part of this new gastronomic proposal will be the integral project Vegetarian Lover’s, a space created with the criteria’s of sustainability and ecology dedicated to promoting healthy eating, healthy delights tastings and to sharing the elaboration of dishes in situ with the best vegetarian and vegan chefs. This new proposal is born out of our collaboration with El Tenedor Verde directed by the young chef Anay Bueno and offers ecological products grown in an environmentally friendly manner.
Vegetarian Lover’s will include everything from healthy desserts accompanied by local coffee and infusions and cold tea, to a shop with bio products, 100% vegetarian and with special prices. There will also be free cooking demos where chefs, cooks and professionals in the field will present healthy food in vegetarian and vegan live cooking classes.
