Our restaurant zone at the festival adds an area dedicated to Indian, Japanese and Thai cuisines
Journey from Benicassim to the Continent of Asia on gastronomic wings this year thanks to Little Asia, a new gastronomic proposal for our restaurant area that with three restaurants, one Thai (Papaya Thai Food), Japanese (Manpukutei) and Indian (Thali) will offer an explosive mix of spicy flavours, colours and aromas.
Thali will bring taste of India: traditional and tasty dishes such as ‘Malai Kofta’ – fresh cheese balls with a nut sauce- the spicy ‘Kashmir lamb’ or the chicken ‘Hariali’ boiled with mint and roasted in a Tandoor oven. Our ‘Little Asia’ also boasts the exquisite Thai cuisine of Papaya Thai Food and the Japanese recipes of Manpukutei to, apart from sushi there will be typical dishes such as ‘Yakisoba’, ‘Yakitori’ and ‘Okonomiyaki’
Little Asia will be specially decorated, so that you can try all of these delights and enjoy a unique experience, as if you were in a corner of Bangkok, New Delhi, or Tokyo.
