The AreteSano market area will have a special vegan stand. Among their dishes the public can find vegan chorizos in cider with sautéed onions carrot vegenaise, vegan sausages in white wine sauce onions marinated in ginger and beetroot ketchup, aubergine pudding with green peppers caramelized with cane sugar, vegan German sausages with curry vegenaise and onion marinated in white wine or pinto bean pudding and rice with vegenaise and strips of flame grilled red peppers from Lodosa.
Wheat cones filled with wheat gluten with port and spiced vegenaise, or a falafel and vegetables in Cava with garlic vegenaise and dill, are but some of the options that you can try at Rototom Sunsplash.
The menu also includes burgers made out of mushrooms with shiitake ketchup, vegenaise white truffle mustard; local burgers with mango and mint ketchup; sea hamburger with algae and phytoplankton ketchup; Nopollo hamburger with yuba, barbecue flavoured tofu and chocolate ketchup; garlic vegenaise and courgette mustard or wheat gluten skewers
