Rototom Sunsplash continues to strengthen its commitment to comfortable, sustainable, and accessible mobility. In addition to the bus lines that daily connect the concert venue with the town center and the beaches of Benicasim —with a final stop at Solé Rototom Beach, which will host eight hours of daily activity prior to the concerts at the venue— the festival is introducing a major new feature this year: a themed tourist train that will provide a free link between the train station, the venue, and the camping area.

Designed especially for families and the more travel-savvy public arriving in Benicasim by rail, this popular tourist train, with a capacity for 55 people, will be decorated with the Rototom Sunsplash visual identity and set to reggae music. From August 16 to 23, it will run several daily routes between the railway station and the festival, connecting both the box office area and the campsite, offering a comfortable, fun, and cost-free alternative for attendees.

Furthermore, the event will once again launch a special round-trip bus line to facilitate public access to the Social Forum activities, which are held at the Teatre Municipal de Benicàssim. This service, active from August 17 to 20 —the period during which the four scheduled sessions are set to take place— joins the existing transport network between the venue, the town center, and the coast, improving the connection between the different spaces that make up the Rototom experience.

“This commitment to mobility improves the experience for families and visitors arriving at Rototom every year, reduces traffic density, and brings the attractions of Benicasim closer to the festival audience,” the organization highlights. “With these initiatives, Rototom Sunsplash continues to consolidate a festival model that is open to the local area, favoring coexistence between international programming and local life,” the event organizers conclude.
