A farewell with Indian mandalas
20 August 2016
The festival’s Mercado Artesano dedicated its last day to these pieces, with protective properties and that bring good luck
The stands at the Mercado Artesano say farewell to the current edition of the festival with creativity. An Indian mandala workshop put the final point on 8 intense days where those participating learned to create works form Murano glass, design knotted items of macramé, construct puppets, make wallets, reuse clothing and create make up from natural products such as fruits, among many other things.
Old and young gathered to the artisan in a conscious way and learned to appreciate the hard work and care that there is behind every piece that was made.
